So I recently got a new blender (more to come on that) and now I am in love with smoothies again. This one is the perfect start to the morning. It is a little sweet but yet balanced with protein to keep you going.
Lean Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/3 cup chopped pineapple1/3 cup chopped apple (with peel)
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk (the one in the refrigerator section of the grocery store)
1/4 cup fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped cucumber (seeds, peel and all- adds fiber)1/4 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon honey
3 ice cubes
Directions
Place all the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a travel cup and you have the perfect breakfast on the go!

This was delicious! It works with coconut water in lieu of coconut milk as well.
