My Joel is a Jolly Rancher junkie. He can't get enough of them. When I saw a recent Facebook post by Family Fun Magazine for Jolly Rancher Lollipops, I had to try to make them. Take a peek how I made these tasty treats!
First preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the size of your baking sheet. I adapted their recipe a little. The original recipe has you put foil on the pan then parchment. I left out the foil on the pan and just using parchment paper. Spray pan with a little cooking spray and then place paper on pan. This worked perfectly!
For each lollipop, place three Jolly Rancher hard candies side by side on a baking sheet making sure to leave space on the sheet for a lollipop stick.
Bake the lollipops at 275 degrees for about 6 minutes.
Have your lollipop sticks ready. You can buy them at craft stores such as Michaels. Remove the pan from the oven and immediately place the stick into the candy, rolling it a bit to ensure a good bond.
Let the candy cool and enjoy! These would make great party favors wrapped in cellophane and tied with a ribbon.
