Breakfast with Santa

Posted by:

This year we did breakfast with Santa at Lake Farm Park. For those of you that have never been there it's a definite must go with kids. Take s peek at the link.  There are fun family activities year round including maple sugaring weekend in early spring.  For adults they have a wine festival in the summer.

So back to breakfast with Santa.  Our first stop at the event was to see Santa in his sleigh.  A great time was had by Jude not so much by Joel (scared to death- but the fear was short lived and now be loves the big guy again).

After Santa we headed off to breakfast.  Such yummy selections of pastries and muffins along with pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit.  They had a nice selection of juice and coffee to wash it all down.  As an added surprise, Mrs. Claus made a visit.  Joel liked her better.  Probably because she came bearing gifts!!

Then it was time to take a trip to Santa's workshop.  There were toys to make!!!  Joel went for a train .  Jude decided on a flying dino.  After they were all built it was time for some paint and glitter. Even wooden toys need little bling!!

We then headed to the playroom while our toys dried.  We had quite a lot of fun peddling around on the tractors.  After everyone was pooped it was time to wrap our toys and head to the car for our trek home.
